In “Free Walls”, Marie-Noëlle documented graffitis that adorn the streets of Beirut. The “ Icons” Fayrouz, Sabah, Wadih El Safi, Said Akl and Asmahane, along with other works, are the symbol of the freedom of expression, the need to tell a story and emphasize the importance of the duty to remember in a country with uncertain future. Most of the photographed artworks have already disappeared.
